Bradley Moloney is an experienced Denver criminal defense attorney with more than 16 years of experience in criminal law and litigation.
Before founding The Moloney Law Firm, Bradley served as a prosecutor, where he handled thousands of cases involving criminal charges ranging from routine matters to complex, high-stakes prosecutions. He has taken more than 100 cases to trial and has extensive experience evaluating evidence, negotiating cases, and presenting arguments before judges and juries.
That experience gives Bradley valuable insight into how prosecutors investigate, evaluate, and build criminal cases. Today, he uses that knowledge to identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s case and develop individualized defense strategies for people facing criminal charges in Denver and throughout Colorado.
Bradley’s courtroom experience also extends to legal education. Since 2012, he has taught trial practice and courtroom evidence to law students as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Over the course of his legal career, Bradley has taught hundreds of prosecutors in Colorado and across the country on trial strategy and courtroom advocacy. He is also a nationally recognized legal author and speaker.
The National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) selected Bradley to author the jury selection chapter of its Trial Advocacy Manual, a resource used to teach prosecutors and other litigators effective trial advocacy and jury selection strategies.
Bradley has taught jury selection strategy to attorneys across the country and has been retained by other law firms as a jury and trial consultant for focus groups. He has also presented more than 30 continuing legal education programs to licensed attorneys on trial-related topics.
His teaching experience extends to law enforcement. For more than a decade before founding The Moloney Law Firm, Bradley served as an adjunct instructor at a police academy, teaching law enforcement professionals from numerous agencies.
Bradley’s courtroom training began while attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he competed as a member of the National Trial Team. After graduating with highest honors, he returned to help coach the team. He continues to share his courtroom experience today by volunteering as a mock trial coach at a Denver-area high school.
Bradley’s legal experience is complemented by a strong business background, including an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Together, these experiences shape the analytical and strategic approach he brings to every case.
